This is the Bobby Approved ALDI list on one page, ready to print or keep on your phone. Every item on it comes from Bobby Parrish’s two ALDI videos, his full guide from December 2025 and his shorter list from August 2026, with the latest price he showed on camera.
Download the free PDF (one page, US letter). No email needed.
I am not Bobby, and this site has no connection to him or to ALDI. If you want his reasons for each item, they are all in the full Bobby Approved ALDI list. This page is just the list.
How to use it
Print it, or save it to your phone before you go. Tick the boxes as you shop. There is a notes box at the bottom for anything your store is out of.
Prices are the ones Bobby showed on camera, and they move. Some ALDIs never carry some of these items. Bobby has said himself that the sourdough boule can be seasonal and that some stores only have the non-organic sprouted bread.
For anything that is not on the list, use his free Bobby Approved app. It scans a barcode and tells you whether the product passes his rules, and why. It is on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
What is on the list
Meat and seafood. Simply Nature grass-fed ground beef, 85/15, at $5.99 a pound. Grass-fed burger patties, also $5.99. Grass-fed ribeye or strip at $14 to $15 a pound. A whole organic chicken at $2.79 a pound, or Simply Nature organic breasts at $5.79. Fresh wild Alaskan salmon at $13.99 a pound. Frozen wild langostino tails at $13.99.
Snacks. Simms grass-fed beef sticks at $1.42 an ounce. Clancy’s avocado oil potato chips at $2.99. Simply Nature organic hummus, now made with olive oil, at $2.59. The apple pie and peanut butter fruit and nut bars.
Bread and pantry. Simply Nature organic white sourdough at $4.59 and the organic sourdough boule at $3.99. Knock Your Sprouts Off sprouted bread at $3.59. Bronze cut organic pasta at $2.69, chickpea rotini at $2.99 and Simply Nature organic marinara at $2.19. The Sicilian extra virgin olive oil at $11.19. Organic quinoa and brown rice packets at $1.99. Organic chicken bone broth at $2.99. Single origin coffee at $7.19, or $8.29 for organic.
Dairy and eggs. Pasture-raised eggs at $3.55 a dozen. Irish grass-fed butter at $3.99. Plain Greek yogurt at $6.29 for the big tub. Organic cheddar slices, Irish grass-fed cheese and Australian grass-fed cheese at $2.79 to $4.59.
Fridge and freezer. Simply Nature organic turkey slices at $4.79, grass-fed organic hot dogs at $3.99, and organic cold brew at $4.99. The cold brew has 200 milligrams of caffeine.
The Irish butter is the one item here I can vouch for myself. It is the butter I put in my coffee.
What to leave on the shelf
Bobby skips these, and the PDF lists them at the bottom so you do not have to remember:
- The frozen “wild caught” salmon from China, which has preservatives
- Every other ground beef at ALDI, because the labels list natural flavors
- The jasmine rice packets, which use sunflower oil
- Flavoured Greek yogurt, for the added sugar and natural flavors
- Most of the snack bars
One note on the chips
Clancy’s chips are on the list because Bobby approved the label: potatoes, avocado oil and salt. In July 2026 a UC Davis team tested foods labelled with avocado oil and found that 93% of the chips they tested were inconsistent with real avocado oil. I found no published result for Clancy’s either way. The label is all anyone has to go on, and that study is a reason to hold it loosely. The PDF says the same thing in small print.
Quick questions
Is the PDF free?
Yes. It is one page, it opens in any browser and there is no sign-up.
Will the prices be right at my store?
Probably not exactly. They are the prices Bobby showed on camera in his videos, and ALDI prices vary by region and change over time.
Where do the reasons for each item come from?
From Bobby’s videos. The full ALDI list explains each pick and links both videos.
Does Bobby have a list for Costco too?
Yes. His Costco staples and new finds are covered on this site as well, with the same approach.
The bottom line
Print the list, tick as you go, and scan anything else with Bobby’s app. The reasons behind every item are on the full Bobby Approved ALDI page.
